Villa Santolina – a place for rest, socializing, and beautiful memories Welcome to Villa Santolina, our little Istrian oasis of peace, located in a green and quiet environment near Poreč. We wanted to create a place where you would feel comfortable, relaxed, and at home from your very first visit. Traditional stone, wood, and warm interior details give the villa a special Istrian character, while the spacious garden and private pool provide a space for carefree days spent with family and friends. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and cozy living room with access to a covered terrace. This is the place for morning coffee in peace, shared meals, conversations that last long into the night, and those small gatherings that often become the most beautiful memories of a vacation. In the private garden, there is a pool with a sunbathing area, surrounded by greenery and stone walls. Here you can enjoy the sun, refresh in the pool, or simply find your quiet corner for a good book and complete relaxation. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the villa can accommodate up to 6 people. Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms ensures a pleasant stay even during the hottest days. It is important to us that our guests feel welcome. We will personally greet you, show you the villa, and be at your disposal during your stay – whether you need a recommendation for a good Istrian restaurant, winery, or any information about the surroundings, we will gladly help you make your stay as pleasant as possible. And for those who cannot imagine their vacation without their four-legged friends – pets are welcome with us at no extra charge.
